The buying process was efficient with no high pressure sales rhetoric...the feeling I had about the dealership was it had a "who cares if you buy or not" attitude. I would recommend the dealership with a caveat that if an individual was looking for a "high touch" experience, they would not get one at Donohoo. I hope my interaction with the Acura dealership is more customer friendly. I briefly interacted with Mr Donohoo (son) and he was not friendly and his responses to me were very curt.
