I highly recommend going to Doral Hyundai for your service needs. I was in a pickle when I realized that my 2023 Hyundai Kona had a Horn Problem. My car horn just stopped functioning from 1 minute to service needs. I was in a pickle when I realized that my 2023 Hyundai Kona had a Horn Problem. My car horn just stopped functioning from 1 minute to the next. I took my car to the dealership where I had purchased it (Potampkin Hyundai Miami) to get the problem fixed. But they could not assist me at the time. In fact I had to wait over 2 weeks for a diagnostic test to be performed on the car. I found this unacceptable because you see, it's a safety hazard and illegal to drive a vehicle without a working horn. Not only this, but my teen son also drives my car. I felt very unsafe and worried. So since they wouldn't give any solution or advise. I called Doral Hyundai. I explained my situation and they happily gave me an appointment the following day and were able to fix my horn in a matter of 2 hours. I can not tell you the relief that I felt. I feel safe driving my car again and no worries when my son drives it as well. Thank you Doral Hyundai. I will be taking my car to you for my future service needs without hesitation. More

No pareciera que este dealer fuera aqui en USA porque todo te lo complican y al final te vas sin resolver el problema. Muy triste que en este lugar trabajen personas como el senor ROBERTO. These people are thieves, they charged my aunt $1000 to fix a door handle. It took them a year to fix a recall. I won't be buying anything from Hyundai again thanks to these people. One star is the minimum that I can select, I wish there was an option to leave a review without selecting stars. In June 2023 it will be a year since I bought a Genesis SUV at this dealer. Of the 3 new cars that I have bought in this country, this has been the most horrible experience I have had, even being a luxury car and expecting the best of services, even being recommended, but the reality was completely the opposite. I have waited a year to do this review because I really do not like to make negative reviews nor do I like to harm others, but when your patience runs out and you feel that you have been deceived and they just played with you like you were a child, then you have nothing to lose and It is fair that the experience be shared so that it does not happen to someone else. I bought this car for the safety it offers and because I was pregnant and needed a more comfortable and suitable car for the baby and myself. They charged me a value much higher than the manufacturer's price without breaking down or explaining the numbers. I realized the other day after I closed the deal with a big down payment when I saw what was left to finance since we left the dealer after 11 pm that day and without the car. We went to the dealer and talked to Nick the day after since he knew that we had been referred and he had taken care of us from the beginning and we told him what the sales representative did, and we told him that if they did not lower that amount, we were not going to take the car. Nick offered to refund us $1000 dollars and to install the tinted windows in the car which we accepted. We took the car that day after his verbal agreement. The window tints on the windows were installed on later but the money was never given to us even though my husband went several times to the dealers. He lost hours and entire days at the dealer waiting for a check that was never given to him. Every time my husband went to the dealer, Nick asked him the same thing, to what address should they send the check, or just wait at the dealer for it to be ready and take it with you and it never arrived, nor did they give it to him. Nick even made a letter signed by him as a record one of those days, but his word was never fulfilled. Once I was able to pay a visit when the baby was ready to take out, I went to visit him personally and he told me that they could not give the money because they changed owners and I told him that this was not a justification for me, we took the car from the dealer under his word and the hope that he could fulfill it. He offered to send us a check every week as if we had referred a client, checks that never arrived. He always asked us for our address, he made excuses, and, in the end, he just dragged this issue out as if one were a child making promises that he never kept. For me, this dealer deceives customers and even steals one's money. I may have lost $1000 dollars, but Nick and this dealer are going to lose their credibility, their word, and their image if they had any. More

We had a specific car we were looking for and this was the only dealership that had one coming in. We spoke with sales people over the phone for several weeks getting everything in order, gave them a depo the only dealership that had one coming in. The vehicle wasn’t ready when we got there (they had over a week to detail it). The paperwork wasn’t done (also had a week to get that in order) and we had to spend several hours at a dealership because of their laziness. That was the entire reason we did the deal like this, so it would be a quick in and out. It wasn’t. Once the car came out of detail, it still had plastic on it, and glue lines from the delivery plastic. It was a cash deal, no trade, and literally should’ve been the easiest/quickest sale but yet managed to mess it up. Love the car, I’ll pass on the dealership. Only reason I bought there was they were the only one that had the car my wife wanted. Edit: the first time I heard anything back from this dealer after the sale was because of this review. Instead of an apology I got a “now I won’t get my bonus” phone call. This is such a stereotypical car dealership, it’s a wonder people still do business here. Still haven’t gotten my tag either. More
