These people are thieves, they charged my aunt $1000 to fix a door handle. It took them a year to fix a recall. I won't be buying anything from Hyundai again thanks to these people. Buyer beware More

Hello Ivan, you came to me asking for a Manager to file a complaint about the service department, I asked you how I can help you and you said your car has been here for 4 hours for an oil change the first thing I asked you was if you had an appointment and you said NO I tried to make one your website but the next appointment was not until Feb 2023 but you already went over the miles for your service. You were advised by the service writer that without an appointment you would need to leave your car all day until we are caught up with the customers who made appointments. You chose to stand around thinking it would be sooner. Please make an appointment next time around and you would not have this situation arise. Thank you, Doral Hyundai
