I had an unexpected issue over the holidays with a Ford Fusion that I purchased from another dealer. I had it towed to Dorsch for service. They checked into the issue and let me know that the problem was covered under a Recall. So they fixed the problem (and another brake-hose recall issue) at no cost. I didn't expect the work to be done that quickly between Christmas and New Years, but they did the work almost immediately. The biggest thing to me was that they called back promptly, even after I had left a VM. Communication is always a key for me and their willingness to keep me informed and let me know when things were fixed was huge. I would not hesitate to go back. More

I made an appointment to have my tires replaced, oil changed, and the rear liftgate inspected. My appointment was two weeks from the time it was scheduled. On my arrival I was notified that my tires we changed, and the rear liftgate inspected. My appointment was two weeks from the time it was scheduled. On my arrival I was notified that my tires were not shipped to the dealership, and that no one knew of the rear liftgate inspection needed. I had to wait an additional hour and a half for the tires to be delivered and had to order struts for the rear liftgate, hoping that this will solve the issue. They did compensate for my time, which was greatly appreciated. Even though this was a little bit of an issue, I still highly recommend this dealership and I will continue to have service completed there. More
