After purchasing several vehicles from this dealership, and working with previous service manager’s Josh Clark is by far the worst I have ever attempted to work with. On one visit I overheard him being rud and working with previous service manager’s Josh Clark is by far the worst I have ever attempted to work with. On one visit I overheard him being rude with another customer on my next visit he refused to even speak with me about my vehicle. I attempted to contact the service department for a week by because I was out of town and only reached an answering machine each time. I left multiple messages and he refused to call me back. As a result of this individual they have lost a good customer and I personally would not recommend them to anyone in the future. More

We were treated like locals! My husband and I are from Utah, we were visiting family in Indiana. Our car was making an odd noise in the front end. I called a couple of places to have it looked at and Dorsett seemed to be the best fit for us. When we arrived we were told the repair was going to take a couple of hours. They were very accomodating, they gave us bottled water and coffee and offered to pick us up some lunch while we waited. They explained exactly what they would do and how much it would cost. They truly made us feel like locals and that they valued our business. More

Great service! I went in to get a warranty repair on my vehicle and had two hours to utilize shopping because I’ve been looking for a new vehicle anyway. The staff at this location is great, helpful, and wants the customer to be satisfied. I left with a new vehicle, not as a sales pitch, but because they helped me to find something that suited what I was looking for. Ryan Walton was very helpful in finding a vehicle that met my wish-list, and Shawn Walton added to this service giving me an idea of my ballpark figure. Ryan also let me leave with a vehicle that I never would have looked at on my own and I appreciate this. I have the features I wanted at the price I wanted, which I wouldn’t have without his help. Jeff helped all of us on the financial side and I got more than I ever expected with the warranty benefits at the best value. Dorsett wasn’t my first choice, but I’m glad that I took the time to work with them, and will definitely be my first choice in the future (hopefully working with these three). More
