"Recalls"

Dodge Ram has a tail gate recall. We very recently, less than a month ago had an oil change. We asked the service manager about the tail gate recall, at which time he said they did not have the parts. Two weeks or less we receive a call informing us they could fix the problem and we should make an appointment. We setup the appointment and received an email reminder. Went to dealer with truck today, were told they did not have parts..... I asked why were we called? Seems the person who called made a mistake, ok I can see that that could happen.. We did not get a call to let us know, we did not have to come in. The person whom originally call, called to apologize but said she does not sleep at night because she might have missed someone.. Well seems like after that comment it was our fault and none of theirs. Where is the communication between employees at the dealership and for that matter with Dodge Chrysler Corporate? Getting a new van in January and had made up mind on dealer but now questioning what we had decided.

Service personnel are very knowledgeable! Recently had an issue with our Jeep Wrangler that did not resolve with the normal service interventions. Pete was dedicated to finding and resolving the problem in a timely manner. We love our Jeep Wrangler and we love Douglas Jeep in Venice, Fl. Thank You Pete for all your hard work!

I recently sent my neighbors in to see Pete Mcivers To by there next car and they bought a New Jeep Cherokee. And I was in to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee SUMMIT in for service and it is so nice that Travis Cowart, Don Glen and Bob Hines Always remember my name it feels like home or family when your are at Douglas JEEP. The customer service at this dealership is spot on. I will always by my vehicles from them. Well worth the drive from where ever you live.

"Needed a replacement tire due to accident "

Worked hard to find a replacement tire like was on car. Had trouble finding. Finally found one. He could have said just replace them all but took the time to check the tread on tires to find out they were still good.

I had a rear differential problem on my 2011 Ram 1500. As it turned out the problem was very difficult to pin point but the managers and technicians stayed with it and eventually fixed the problem. I am very happy about how this issue was handled and corrected and would highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone needing device.

" wiring harness installed in Jeep Cherokee to prevent wobble"

Originally bought Jeep Cherokee Limited at Gettel Jeep in Punta Gorda with Active Drive II so it could be towed "4-down" behind RV. First visit intmentGettel for service sucked. Service writer was a sarcastic 20-something who hid my Jeep after it was serviced and they never rotated tires. Washed my hands of Gettel and decided to go to Douglas Jeep to have wiring harness installed (which Gettel never told me about that prevents Jeep from "wobbling" back and forth when being towed behind RV). Called and spoke to to make an appointment he was very polite, friendly and professional over the phone. Arrived at Douglas on appointment date and talked to Melissa, Service Advisor, who got me all signed in and Jeep was brought right in to have wiring harness installed. Melissa, like Travis, was very polite, friendly and professional during the entire process. Wiring harness was installed by a technician unknown name) who did a complete, neat and professional job. Based on this experience, Douglas Jeep is my future GO-TO for LOF and Tire Rotations and any other issues that may pop up while I own my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY for all your Chrysler product needs.
