"Lat time I use this company"

I bought a 2003 Pontiac Aztek July 2013. I've had this car approximately five months and have spent more time getting it repaired than I have driven it. I've had nothing but problems which I was assured was a reliable vehicle. The radiator had to be fixed/replaced on two different occasions. The alternator and battery were replaced last week. Well, while driving home today it shuts off twice while I'm driving in the middle of traffic and I had to veer off the road to avoid an accident. I call to see what can be done since it seems like this company just wants to get paid and isn't concerned about the harm that could've happened. I was told that the service department has to render a decision if I can recontract another vehicle. What I want to do is leave my car in their lot and call a lawyer. Any suggestions?

Julissa, She was very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and most accommodating. As a customer service representative myself, it was just a pleasure to work with her. She provided me all my options, very organized. She took the time to make sure I knew and understood everything she had advised me of. She went over all warranties and various incentives.
