Came in for tire replacement of one tire told I had to purchase 4 new tires. The current tires had 30,000 miles on them and in very good shape. Every 5K oil change the tires were rotated. Svc mgr advised at 30,000 miles car requires each brake cylinder to have the brake fluid switched out, cost $150. And required the front and rear differential fluids to be changed at $350. I had just arrived with car that they were bringing in the service bay when I was told all this. When I got home in my manual it says R to replace brake fluid, front rear differential fluid it says to I, inspect at 30,000, not necessarily to replace. I felt I was oversold and strong armed at time of uncertainty about condition of car. The work was done satisfactorily but probably unnecessary, I won’t be bringing my car again unless it’s a warranty item, I’ve already had an oil change somewhere else. More

Hi my name is Madison and rude is my game. I had to make a trip to the dealer after calling and leaving messages over 12 times, I kid you not. I meet Madison and immediately was rude after I told her I had been trying to call. After looking around to see if anyone is looking she says I just don't have the time to call everyone back period. I explained my car had been there 5 days and she did not seem to mind, I think I heard her say to other advisor my car runs as she chuckled. Don't waste your time coming here, seems as the Mazda vehicles being serviced out of the building are getting more attention, I bet Subaru would love to know that. More
