Each time we visited, it was a comfortable experience, giving us plenty of room to check out the vehicles. Initially I was looking at the 2016 Jeep Rubicon but then changed my mind to the Jeep Grand Cherokee as it offered so many interior comforts and amenities.When I finally decided on which vehicle I wanted we met sales person, Tim Stretch. Awesome guy, totally went above and beyond in finding the exact model with the features we were looking for. The first evening we had to leave as it was getting close to my sons hockey practice and we just couldn't find the vehicle with all of our specific features, but to our surprise Tim kept searching and searching. He called us after hours to let us know that he found some vehicles that met our expectations. Due to our busy work day we were unable to see him the next day but we followed up with him on Saturday. Tim provided top notch service when he said he would have all the vehicles we would be interested in all lined up and ready for me to view and test drive. He definitely provided a high level customer experience in which we appreciated! He was punctual, professional and full of personality. He was able to react quickly to our decision making process as well as troubleshoot. In the interim we visited other dealerships and none of them in the San Tan Motorplex area impressed us. Earnhardt was great to work with on our trade as well, it was actually effortless, they were right on target. Earnhardt is a great dealership overall to work with, highly recommend. More

Taking care of my veteran husband I went to the Earnhart Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Gilbert with my husband to look at new Jeeps for purchase. I have had many new Jeeps before and familiar I went to the Earnhart Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Gilbert with my husband to look at new Jeeps for purchase. I have had many new Jeeps before and familiar with the brand and experience at new car dealerships. For the most part I have had good experiences in the past. This time seemed to really stand out above the rest. Everything was really nice and we were treated great as well. At some point our salesmen, through conversation, found out my husband is a disabled Army veteran and retired with 26 years of service. I could actually see this great salesmen step it up even more. Don't get me wrong, the treatment and service was great to begin with. There was just something extra that I noticed between the salesman and my husband. A special show of respect that took great service to a higher level that can't be put into typed words. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Tim Stretch for taking care of our needs through out the entire sales process. He never stopped asking if we needed something to drink, and if we were comfortable. My husband likes to joke around and Tim joked right along with him. I think we found the last sales person we will ever need. Thank you Tim! The rest of our visit went great as well. We had an outstanding experience with the finance team, and they made sure everything was 100% clear and 100% correct. For the first time in a long time my husband and I really had a great buying experience. Additionally, we have my husbands truck and my 300 serviced here. The experience was quick, thorough, ZERO hassle, and simply professional. He showed complete interest, respect, and no awkward pitch. We returned in 3 days. I gave him a 30 min heads up that we were on our way (about 45 min before closing) and he delivered the best vehicle for the price I believe available today. More
2016 Rubicon Hard Rock with No Bull!! I am all about research and studying my choices before going to a dealership. I certainly look at the reviews whether it is Yelp, Dealer.com or Google. In this case, I did not follow my own instinct s or advice. The first dealer I choose was near my house (Airpark), they had many Wrangler Unlimited models to choose. However, they also had many bad reviews, especially within the last six months. I buy a lot of cars and I am very skilled at avoiding the pits falls of negotiation and “shady dealer tactics”. That’s where I was dead wrong. Regardless of your skills set, do not even bother with this dealership. Read the reviews! Learn from me, take your business elsewhere! I took my business to Earnhardt. You walk in the door and I was greeted by Ben, my sales advisor and Mark the Sales Manager, we go out to look at the Rubicon –Hard Rock. Complete walk thru of the entire vehicle, what it is equipped with and what it does not have (no assumptions). Next was awesome, Ben actually explained all of the unique features of this model and about Jeep’s. For example, Ben explained why you need to close the doors firmly. Ask Ben yourself. Previous dealerships never explained the whys? Ben knows his Jeeps. Next it was time to sit down with Mark and settle on a trade in for my Lexus ES 350 and purchase the Rubicon Hard Rock. Let’s just jump to the conclusion. Mark was professional and negotiated as one would expect from a dealership with this kind of buying power. First rate experience! My appointment was at 10:30 am, we looked at three different Wrangler Unlimited(s). I was singed and they delivered my new 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hard Rock all shined up and out the door by noon! Can anyone beat that service? More
