Mike(technician) went for a test ride with me, recognized the problem, verified the latest updates had been applied, and consulted with HMA who said they were aware of the problem being inherent in the 2015 Sonata. Our appointments are on time, we are greeted within one minute after we we arrive, and the service is regularly completed before promised.
