My experience with Earnhardt Mazda started off on the right foot. I was looking to purchase a Miata and have it delivered to Arizona. I was connected with Harbir, a sales rep, and began the out of state process. I submitted the credit card deposit as requested to secure the purchase and provided a mailing address for the paperwork. After receiving an email confirmation the paperwork had been sent, two days went by and I did not receive it. I began to call and email Harbir to get answers with no response. I left messages with the receptionist and even spoke with a manager, Ted, with no success. Over a week has passed and no one from the dealership will return my calls. I suspect they sold the car for a higher dollar amount than we agreed upon as it has been removed from their website. I have not experienced worse customer service in any other situation in my life. Not only am I disappointed to not have the Miata, I wasted time with people who did not respect my time. I’d recommend finishing another dealership to work with.
