From the very beginning he was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. At no time did I feel pushed into buying or leasing the vehicle. He readily answered any questions that my wife and I had and was quite patient with us at all times. The price that he quoted was exactly the price that we got and was certainly the lowest available. He lived up to every aspect of our discussions. He was helpful in getting us the best deal possible for a trade-in on my previous GM vehicle. I highly recommend him and his dealership. In his absence, John Rad was also helpful and knowledgeable and continued to express the opinion of the dealership that the customer is to be served properly and not be "forced" into a deal and not be allowed to leave the dealership without buying or leasing on the spot.
