Conviently hide them and used the fact it was my first ever car purchase. I signed do to my own negligence thinking I was getting the deal I had agreed on. Upon realizing my mistake I had to fight all afternoon with them to not get screwed by there 3000 dollar hidden BS fees. They also failed to clean my car but claimed to have detailed it. They are a terrible business. Whose out to rob people of their money and take advantage. I would never buy from them if I hadn't signed the paper. I am furious with this dealership. Do not trust Lamar Davidson the manager or any of the floors sales people there. More

Incompetent and unprofessional--my issue is STILL unresolved I'm deeply frustrated by the amount of time I've had to waste at the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to service a recall. We scheduled the repair I'm deeply frustrated by the amount of time I've had to waste at the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to service a recall. We scheduled the repair on August 14 for it to be taken care of on August 21, only to bring the vehicle in and have it returned to us without this particular recall being addressed because the dealership reported they needed to order parts. That's why we scheduled the appointment to begin with: so you can order the parts IN ADVANCE. Duh. It's a recall. You know what parts you need. You don't need to analyze the vehicle first. Great. Strike one. I would have gotten over it if that was the ONLY issue. Except it wasn't. After confirming the recall part was in via Chrysler Cares (as well as a latch we needed due to breakage under warranty for another repair--which was a separate issue in itself, since the dealership almost claimed this wasn't a warranty repair and wanted us to pay $300+tax for it), we scheduled these two repairs, one for the latch and the other for the recall, for September 13. To ensure we were going to address BOTH ISSUES, we called yet again to confirm the availability of the parts they already told us were in, to which we were told we'd get a call back if the parts weren't in. Of course, no call back. We showed up on September 13, and they addressed the latch, but NOT the recall. Are you serious? You now wasted two full days for us, and we called many times to confirm, were told from corporate that the parts were in, and additionally, sent emails to confirm the recall would be addressed. No one responded, and when we called asking on September 16 what happened, were told the parts for the recall weren't in--except we were told on August 28 that they were! Must have been given to another customer, I guess. Strikes two and three. (To be clear: this wasn't raised on September 13 when we picked up the car because I was out of town and a family member dropped off/picked up the vehicle. He trusted the process, but we now know that he shouldn't have.) On September 16 in the early morning I spoke with a rep and was transferred to a voicemail. I then asked for a call back to explain to me why there was no recall addressed - but nope, that hasn't happened and it's nearly three business days later. I'm so disappointed in this experience and likely won't be back. Corporate claims that they told her that the part wasn't in. Really? The person I worked with beforehand in corporate confirmed it was. I can't tell you how many times we called Chrysler asking for updates and never getting a call back. I never got a single call back... EVER. What a joke. I'm so surprised that no one else is writing so negatively about what appears to be a super incompetent dealership. I can't imagine that my issue was that complicated that it required the ball to be dropped so many times. And you'd think that was it, but having spent 2-3 hours total on the phone with corporate to resolve the warranty coverage matter was a separate nightmare that I barely even put in this review. More

Told drive Went in for an oil change and to voice a concern about my gas tank. Upon the completion of my oil change noticed my tire had low pressure. Told drive it a few minutes, computer may need to reset. Tire pressure went even lower. Took it right back to Jeep. They check tire and could not find anything so refilled tire with air. Upon leaving noticed that my check engine light is on. Jeep now hooks up my car to get a code. They now say there may be a problem with my gas pump which is causing my check engine light to engage.
