No courtesy to call or return phone calls and messages The dealer kept my car for 5 day. The service person didnt communicate effectively. Not a good day at all for me. I am not going to say that the dealership is horrible because in reality sometimes there are just a few bad apples. First of all the guy that greets y I am not going to say that the dealership is horrible because in reality sometimes there are just a few bad apples. First of all the guy that greets you at the service line before you go in is awesome. He def got my day started right but it didn’t take too long once inside. I had the pleasure of having to deal with Kayla, my god, I don’t think you can have a more undesirable person to deal with in any customer service space. Mind you my appointment was for 7:30am, sitting there waiting to see what’s up with my car (check engine light) I realize it is already 12:30pm and no one has come to update me on anything. So I go and ask my wonderful customer service representative -_- if she’s heard anything. Kayla does not say word looks at me with that undesirable face, looks through 3 sheets of paper and nods her head no. So that irreatated me but I decided to go back and wait a little longer. So another hour passes by and at this point I ask Kayla for her manager which she sarcastically lets me know it’s the guy in the white shirt. This is where I meet frank and express to him my frustration. Frank tells me he’s going to look in to. I never here from the guy again. Kayla comes back a little later and tells me that I have leak with an attitude and absolutely no specifics. A leak of what milk, coffee. Then tells me it’s going to be another 2-3 hours with a satisfied smile on her face. This is were Rob steps in a little later, I guess he noticed my frustration and decided to help me out. Wow what a smart and charismatic guy. And he knows what he’s talking about. I would say Manager material no doubt! deff made my day better. Marcos then helps me test out the car. Super awesome guy, a lot of experience and just makes you feel like you know him. Two thumbs up. So in conclusion I would have gave the place 1 star but between Rob, Marcos, and the greeting guy save my day. I hope you guys are recognized for the extra mile you go, and those who are not suitable for the positions they hold, are looked in to. I’m sure this is not their first complaints. And yes I was this frustrated, that I was motivated enough to write short story. Also my first review on anything. More
