Service sucks Came in for an oil change. Employee accused me of having oil changes that were given for free for over a year. I explained to him I haven’t had my car Came in for an oil change. Employee accused me of having oil changes that were given for free for over a year. I explained to him I haven’t had my car but a year and 3 were free when I bought my car. He got nasty and refused to answer my question to why an standard oil change was $ 90.00 when I usually pay 40.00 at anther dealership and my mileage isn’t high. He told me “I’m on the phone”. After I asked to speak to a manager I was told nobody was there. I took my keys and left. I guarantee I won’t do Buisness there ever again. Including purchasing anther car. The employees are unprofessional and act ghetto More

Poor service Very dissatisfied! Brought my car to check the brakes. I literally bought this car from Eastchester not even two weeks ago and the car's brakes are al Very dissatisfied! Brought my car to check the brakes. I literally bought this car from Eastchester not even two weeks ago and the car's brakes are already bad. So i bring it in to be serviced under warranty. First my car was quoted to be ready later on that day, then it was quoted to be ready the following day. I didnt get my car back until the 3rd day. My biggest issue is that for a job that is supposed to be covered by warranty, why am I paying money out of pocket on a car that was sold to me in bad condition? Don't do business with Eastchester. Especially not for a used car. They sell you the car with so many issues. My rep was great at explaining the progress of the vehicle though once I was able to get through to her. This us nothing to do with her. It's moreso who ever manages this place and decides how business is done. Overall, I'm dissapointed in this dealership all together. More

Very poor service I left my car on Monday and it almost took 1 month to get it back. I had to pay Uber to work for almost 1 month didnt get no courtesy car.
