Terrible It was terrible I went Tuesday around 4pm they told me I had come back Wednesday but they still charged me for a headlight they put in that didn’t wor It was terrible I went Tuesday around 4pm they told me I had come back Wednesday but they still charged me for a headlight they put in that didn’t work and charged me $100. for labor cost that only took them 5 minutes. On the invoice they wrote that I didn’t want to wait for the service which is not true because he told me they didn’t have enough time and that I had to come back next day. On Wednesday I got there at 10:30am and it was not until 2pm they took a look at my car and they didn’t start working on it until 10 minutes before 3pm. When I went in on Wednesday morning I told them I had to be out by 2 or 2:30 pm latest because I had to go pick up my son and I had to go to work. I guess they didn’t care because I had to scramble to get someone to pick up my son pay for there taxi and since my car wasn’t ready I had to pay a cab for me to get home which is really unacceptable . I’m especially disappointed because I never thought that replacing a headlight would cost over $2,000.00 it’s insane. I feel like I got robbed. Robbed of my money and time. More

Bad customer service. Car had broken wipers My Hundai Sonata had broken wipers which found out once I left the dealership and on my way home. I had to wait 4 hours to get my car when I have submitted all my paperwork and payments the previous day. No one was giving me an ETA and I was just kept waiting hour after hour on a Sunday afternoon. While Umoh was friendly and professional, I unfortunately would not refer anyone to your location. More

Went to local dealer in queens and told earnest appointment would be October! Called 2 nd dealer in queens earliest appointment 8/7/19. Better. Called Eastchester and they had me in by 7/29/19!!! WoW!!! The nicest service department I was ever in. The staff were polite and professional. Everything you could ask for. Nice waiting room and repair done on time.
