Reservation I had a 7:30 AM appointment and did not get into the shop until 8:25 even though there was only 4 cars a head of me. I arrived on time but people with I had a 7:30 AM appointment and did not get into the shop until 8:25 even though there was only 4 cars a head of me. I arrived on time but people with 9:30 reservation was seen before me and the workers was just walking around inside ignoring the waiting customers. I will only return for warranty work and I don't think I'll purchase from Eastchester Chrysler again. More

Extended Warranty Visit The service time turn around at this dealership is not ideal. Every time I take my Jeep in for service it always stay a minimum of 1 week.
