This is a follow up review from my last review. He advised something about the gasket was cracked and coolant was leaking internally, also coolant was really dry. He could not promise my car being ready by 1/10/24 because he advised that it was a major repair, requiring him to order parts or go to another dealership to obtain the parts and advised that by the following day 1/11/24 he could guarantee. I told him I was fine with that. When I asked about the costs, he advised that my car's issue was covered by the powertrain warranty. I receive a call on 1/11/24 at around 9am letting me know my car was ready, issue was fixed, they drove the car multiple times and there was no overheating. I picked up my car at 2:00pm. When I picked up the car, the manager had a conversation with me letting me know he found it strange that my car had the issues it had so early on (being a 2020 Wrangler with only 47k miles), told me to be mindful of my car and check for leakage, if I see the coolant levels to be low by mid the following week to return back. Upon picking up my son from school, I saw white smoke coming out of my car and it smelled fruity. When I pulled over there was visible leakage all over several car parts under the engine. When I parked my car, immediately you'd see pink liquid leaking out from multiple areas under my engine. I called Friday morning immediately to set up an appointment to bring my car in, and was told they did not have anything until Monday morning. I go Monday morning 1/15/24 -- and was told by my new service advisor (Eze) that according to their system there was nothing done to my car and had attempted to tell me that my cars warranty is not covered for leakage (since i was now bringing in my car for visible leakage). I was immediately livid as the leakage caused to my car was done by the service center in whatever work they claimed to have done the week prior. My previous service advisor Kairo saw me and asked why I was there and I explained to him, he advised he'd get the manager Mr. Jose Gomez right away. This time around I was told to sign some documents (something I was not told to do the week before). When I follow up with my service advisor after being there for 2 hours, he showed me the problem and advised that the gasket needed to be repaired and I needed a new bottle coolant (something that I needed to pay for). I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received recently, not only was my car not properly serviced the first time around, but the service centered failed to document the work they actually did on my car -- and had attempted to fit the bill on me when I came back yesterday. Very sneaky if you ask me. The car did not have ANY LEAKAGE whatsover and whatever they did in attempting to fix my car, caused visible leakage to the vehicle. I am hoping that this time around the work that needs to be done to the car is properly done. More
