Mr. Faeth came into Quick Lane yesterday yelling and cursing at our team members. We offered to replace the 2 $2 bolts that Woodmans told him were missing when they did his oil change. Mr. Faeth was not happy with that offer and began to get physically and verbally aggressive, started calling our female team members “skags” and “(insert inappropriate word) skags”, in addition to telling them to “take a picture it would last longer” and threatening them.

Wow! Not what happened. You did not offer to replace the bolts. You blame me for driving off from the last service. No threats other than the fact that I will not do business with your shop or the Ford dealership ever again. You also talked down to me like I don’t know anything about cars. I know a lot more about cars and I know that car. No physical threats or violence were made toward you or the staff. It further makes my decision not to do business with you or that dealership set in stone. If you have to lie to try to save your job it doesn’t speak well of the dealership or Ford motor company. You should’ve just replaced the bolts not giving me an attitude. Lessons learned go back to acting school and stick to your script. You should’ve just replace the bolts cheerfully!
