David was very friendly and welcoming when I got to the dealer ship. He answered every question I asked or got the answers for me in a timiey manner. He made me feel very comfortable with my vehicle choice dealer ship. He answered every question I asked or got the answers for me in a timiey manner. He made me feel very comfortable with my vehicle choice of the Ford Flex. He helped me get close to the payments I was comfortable with as well. He made sure that my kids and I were comfortable by asking if we wanted any drinks or snacks while we waited for the paperwork to be processed. The whole process went quick and smooth and he went over the paperwork in detail. When all was done he made sure to let me know if I had any questions or concerns that I could call at anytime.
