I have waited for weeks now after I discovered the camera didnt work after I had my car for 2 days. Pure lack of communication. Refusal to return calls. No service. Told after a few weeks it would be 30 days (MORE) before they would even look at it. At this point with my notification to them was within 48 hours. I have asked what my options are 4 times and I have been ignored. Brad will not discuss this with me. By the time service rolls around, I will be stuck with a car I dont want. I know this is a used car but quick notification was given and here I am still waiting for a call (I think I'm 3 weeks in now but need to review dates). No communication is what I hate the most. I've discussed with other dealerships now and even they tell me this is very disrespectful. Im very unhappy. Of I had bought a brand new car and been a male, I do not believe this would be happening. More
