Good Afternoon James , You now are aware that your Used Car Manager, Carlos, did infact NEVER contact the client or try to resolve the issue. You are also now aware that GAP Insurance was never any part of the deal or to be included. Perhaps you got another clients case involved with ours ?? My question is very simple .... are you going to commit to the deal as originally structured (removing the 1495.00 CPO Fee) while unit remains certified in order to resolve the issue and complaint ?? Or was this simply a response made at your level to show false empathy ?? I am committed to resolving the issue, and moving forward amicably if you remove the CPO fee and resend the updated/signed Buyers Order. Thank you.

The General Manager clearly provided some fluff here and avoided admitting his companies/associates errors. He chose to show he lacked any integrity and honesty to resolve the issue amicably thru his requested email. He actually marked up the unit 2 times since agreement, to suggest the discount was much larger than originally agreed. Unit went from 62777 to 68999 this afternoon, same truck, same mileage, still certified. Mr. Lanzaro did nothing to help the situation and was equally as appalling as his Sales Associate and his Used Car Manager. We have filed a complaint for deceptive business practices with Florida Motor Vehicles, Florida Attorney General, and BBB providing all documentation and signed Buyers Order as needed to support claim.
