A clerical mistake had been made on the dealership’s part and that the price given was for a Toyota Camry. However, the dealership disregarded voice messages left and phone conversations addressing the purchase of an Avalon and not a Camry. Moreover, the dealership knew I was buying an Avalon. I overpayed for a 36 month lease on a 2014 Toyota Camry SE 12000miles/ year. by at least $70.00/ month. Its a nice riding car don't get me wrong but within a week after i had signed the dotted lines this same dealership and several others were offering lease deals for at least $70.00 less than what I am paying on my lease. Don't trust the friendly salesmen and managers. Do your homework. You will be better off. More

A winner in our book My uncle and I walked into the Toyota dealer to clarify a mailer regarding a buy back of a 2012 Toyota Corolla for $4000 over black book value and the My uncle and I walked into the Toyota dealer to clarify a mailer regarding a buy back of a 2012 Toyota Corolla for $4000 over black book value and the lease of a Camry for $185/month. We knew there was a catch and of course there was, but we were willing to at least talk about the possibilities that did exist to trade in our 2012 Corolla & lease a Camry. We started off with a salesperson that just did not get us. To his credit, he realized after a few minutes that the conversation was not going well and went to speak to his manager. The manager found us another sales person, Rob Meadows, that communicated with us beautifully. He treated us well, listened to our needs and understood where we were coming from. We eventually agreed to a lease price and walked out the door that afternoon with a 2014 Camry. The entire process took about 5 hours, which was a bit long for all involved. All in all, even with the rough start and long process, our experience was great. We totally enjoyed working with Rob - he's a winner in our book. More

Since buying a car can sometimes resemble a 15 round heavyweight bout, it was a huge pleasure.There was no arguing, no hassles, no saying one thing which turned out to be "different", no holding the keys to the trade-in to keep you in the dealership. and everyone from Rob to business manager Rick Sansovini and sales manager John Kirschner was great. i recommend Ed Morse Toyota to anyone shopping for a Toyota, Scion or Prius. and, the best part is that my Toyota is an amazing car.
