"Fantastic Drealership...Top Notch experience"

I was unfortunate enough to have an issue but fortunate enough to end up having Ed Napleton taking care of an issue for me. I have 2017 Acura ILX ASpec and i had a blown tire at 2am. Finding out there is no spare wheel in the trunk and just tire infiltrator instead was a definite bummer and in my case absolutely no help. Ended up calling Acura customer care and flat bed truck towing my vehicle to Ed Napleton in the middle of the night (Friday into Saturday) where we dropped the car off on the lot and keys were dropped in into the box. Saturday morning i was contacted by a service dept. representative named Dave (David ) and we decided since Ed Napleton didn't have a Michelin Pilot 225/40/18 sized tires in stock at the moment that i will get one locally from someone else and provide them with it so the can perform the swap. As soon as i arrived with the new tire Dave made sure everything was taken care of. To my surprise once the job was done and i asked Dave how much do i owe him for the service he just told me "dont even worry about it". Now, this is how they treat customers. In my book they are fantastic and in the near future when im ready for another new Acura Ed Napleton will be the one i will go to. Just so everyone knows, I was never asked nor suggested by anybody from Ed Napleton to leave any kind of review. In today's world having such friendly dealership on Your side give you confidence that in case should You need one there is Ed Napleton and they wont disappoint You. Terrible service.... scheduled appointment to installed a remote control starter. Guess what.... couldn’t do. I had to schedule another appointment for. Guess what you need to inform me instead of me driving 30 miles for nothing. Not oil change either because I just bought the vehicle. So ask for them to wash it at least. Just went in to the machine and came out wet. No cleaning inside or dry it. xxx

Diego Carrillo the service advisor was tremendous. He brought the technician to talk to me to explain the issue with my car. They both went above and beyond. The car came back looking like it just came off the showroom floor!

"Worst experience ever "

I took my car in for an oil change and asked to check a noise coming from the front wheels and the first thing I hear is we'll if it's not cover by the warranty you will have to pay for the diagnostic part of it now I can understand this if my car had over 60k or was was older than 5 year's but my car is only 3 years old and 24k miles on it should have even heard a comment like that but like always every time I need something from them they always have the same attitude last Time I had them check a noise the answer was we didn't find anything Also when my car had 50 miles on it it idle poorly and their answer the car it supposed to do that all kia Rio idle like that my 17 year old acclaim idle better but that's what I get for buying a Kia So I find my self venting sweating and xxxxxxxx no at anyone in particular just venting in a loud voice when the service manager has the odassydy to say well if you don't like it you can take your car somewhere else And start repeating what I had swear well I'm glad to know that The manager the one you go when there is a problem has that attitude toward the customer I will understand if my comments where directed at The service representative but they were not and they were not directed at The manager he overhead With that been said my car still idles like crap in The morning and still makes a clunk noise when i pull out when I'm parked and now a squeek when I drive with that been said the manager is right if I don't like it I will take my car somewhere else it's a shame that my buying experience was crappy and now the service part of it I really regret this car and I feel that I should have done More research before buying I'm contemplating selling this vehicle and getting something else because if I have to deal with crap like this every time e need service is it really worth it?

"Horrible Service Department "

I purchased my MDX here in 2011. However, when I called for help, I went thru so many different answer machines but still did not get any help. I called the day before and left a voice message, no one call me back. I called again the follow day several times, went thru so many answer machines but did not get any call back. No one at the service department picks up the phone. I called and spoke with the operator and she told me that the service department and finance department are busy because of the end of the month. This is the most horrible excuse that I have every heard. Very Disappointed!

"amazing service department!!"

I definitely recommend the service department here. I had multiple warning lights appear on my dash board and they were able to get me in right away. The waiting area is very nice with lots of snacks & drinks. Roger and Nick in service were fantastic! They completely checked over everything on my car and were able to tell me why all those lights were on, but also how everything else looked on my car as well (tires, brakes, fluids)!! That was a huge bonus for me, and very comforting, because I was able to prioritize what repairs needed to be done now, and what services to plan for at my next oil change. They had my car finished very fast, washed & even vacuumed!! It was like a day at the spa for my car that day! Everyone was super polite, and very honest. Prices are very fair. I would not go anywhere else!

"Horrible service department and management "

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received when I called to replace a radio display for my 2015 TLX that I purchased from Ed Napleton Acura. Firstly, I called January 5th and spoke to Nick regarding the replacement of this part and labor. Nick quoted a price and when I asked about service specials and discount, I was told he will follow up with the service manager and call back to order the part. I never heard back from Nick . I called and left a message on Monday and Wednesday the week of January 7th. No response or follow up from the service department. I decided to follow up with the service manager Roger Gutierrez on January 11 , explained that Nick never followed up and that I need to replace this part to operate the heat in my vehicle. I never received a follow up call from Roger Gutierrez. I called back to speak to someone in the parts department and I received a quote and I was told that he will follow up with me on Monday to see where the part was coming from. I never heard back from the parts department. Despite the numerous calls to the service department, parts department and the service manager, I have yet to get a response from Ed Napleton. I will never deal with this dealership again ,

Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
