I haven’t been serviced here in years for a reason, but was forced to go here when my car gave out on me and I was 1 mile from this dealership. I always leave feeling uncomfortable. Being told I have to pay for declining 1/2 services offered, rather than saying I am paying for a diagnostics test is completely different. Lucas was condescending our whole encounter. No worries, 1 mile or outside, I will have the car towed else where in the future. More

We had gotten 2 commercial trucks and 1 personal in 2023 there, so I asked my family to drive 2 hours to shop with you for the same experience I normally have. We picked a car, came up drive it, had the key there, so I asked my family to drive 2 hours to shop with you for the same experience I normally have. We picked a car, came up drive it, had the keys on the desk and when my sales person left to give us a trade amount, another sales rep came and took our car keys off the desk as we sat in the office and sold the car. (Other associates apologized, letting us know everyone was advised the car we selected was sold to us and this kind of thing does not happen.) Thinking that could have been better, I paid cash for our purchase and 3 weeks after the trade still had not been paid off. The young sales rep always said he would look into but never provided what the hold up was. Finally 4-5 weeks we got ahold of someone in the financing department, they looked into it and said the sales rep had failed to get a copy of one of our driver license, but NO ONE ever called to get the information to complete and close the transaction. It’s unfortunate I had my family drive 2 hours to receive an unpleasant experience. Not sure what Star we should give if any on an experience I’m truly not willing to go through again. More

Even with an appointment scheduled it took them 5 days to diagnose my vehicle. If I make an appointment I shouldn't have to wait 5 days for them to look at my vehicle they should look at it the day I come in diagnose my vehicle. Then they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and they didn't do anything to fix it and as soon as I leave the dealership within 30 minutes it's messing up again yet they had it for 5 days and there was nothing wrong so now I have to schedule another appointment to come back in for them to be rude to me and talk to me about how they can't give me a loaner car and that's not their problem and I have to go talk to a Salesman even though I have a brand new car and it's in no way my fault that it's tearing up already and stuff is not working right but by all means it should be on me to cover my own mode of transportation when I'm without a vehicle because you'll have to keep it for a week. I would super appreciate if I could drop my vehicle off and it be worked on that day and then someone actually fixed the issue instead of resetting everything and letting me get 20 minutes down the road to have it mess up again. I'm a very busy person and coming back in for the same problem repeatedly he's not on my list of things to do More
