Visited Elder Ford after being turned away -- and turned off -- by another dealer's service center. Johany and the service manager (whose name I don't remember) went above and beyond for me and got me sched off -- by another dealer's service center. I was able to get work done and enjoy a cup of coffee while I waited in the clean and comfortable customer waiting area.
