Daniel was a nice, no-pressure salesman, providing answers to our questions. He looked for our vehicle on the lot. When it wasn't there, he, along with the manager, sought elsewhere. They found it within a few days, The finance lady was friendly and very thorough, fully explaining the options available to us. After-market service by Daniel included showing us how to install our garage door opener signal in our Q5 (the operating manual was pathetic on this issue). He sent us a video showing us how as well, and gave me a website to view other videos about the Q5 The overall experience of buying a new car was far more pleasant than we expected. More

The process of trading my car in, and signing for the new car was quick and easy. My 1 year old even managed to make it through the process. If only I could go back for weekly technology tutorials because the 21 q7 is fancy! More

A deer totalled my 2015 A4 so I was looking for a 2017 A4 with specific options. Using Audi's websearch I found it at Elk Grove Audi in CA but I'm in MN. I had purchased a past CPO car at a distance so I cal with specific options. Using Audi's websearch I found it at Elk Grove Audi in CA but I'm in MN.
