I purchased a 2013 Ram from EG and was very happy with dealing with Jay. I have had some issues with my truck having a vibration which I have had into the dealer four times with no results fixing the problem. I have dealt with Kevin in service twice only to be treated like I was bothering him each time. Today,I picked up my truck after dropping it off four days ago for no air conditioning, same vibration,and nothing was fixed. Parts were ordered for the air conditioning and I was told they would be in next week. I asked why these parts couldn't be shipped overnight or two day air, they replied they couldn't do this. It has been near 100 degrees this week.
I was also told they would send the truck over to a tire shop to have them tires balanced with a special machine, only to be told today to come pick my truck up as the tire shop's machine was broke. I guess this is the only machine in California because there was no attempt to take it elsewhere.
I picked up the truck but took the time to tell Kevin he was the worst service writer I have ever dealt with as I had to call several times this week to get status on my truck. Very disappointed and would not recommend this service department due to the attitude and the way customers are treated.
