Got a brand new car for about the same payment! This was my second time working with Lasher Subaru. The first was in August 2012 when, after filing bankruptcy, no one would give me a car loan! Zach Hall and the special financing department worked to get me a 2013 Forester with a payment I could handle. And the process was the most simple car buying experience I could ever ask for- virtually no pressure. After rebuilding my credit, I was looking to get a lower interest rate and possibly trade in for a more upgraded model. Working with Mike Carlson, I was able to trade in my 2013 base model for a 2015 upgraded model for almost the same price and a dramatically lower interest rate. And again- easiest car buying experience ever. I don't think I'll ever buy a car anywhere else!! More

Worth the Two Hour Drive My wife and I researched cars for three months before deciding on a Subaru BRZ. Bruce Cunningham, from the Internet Sales Department, was a pleasure to work with, answering all emails within 24 hours of sending (and often within an hour). Our particular desired vehicle was in transit from Japan, and Bruce kept us apprised every step of the way. We showed up for our purchase, were treated with respect, and had an ideal purchase experience. We did finance the vehicle, and worked with Brandon Vaughn to do so. Brandon was amazing to work with, not pushy with add-ons in any way, and capped off a great day! If we ever purchase a Subaru again (likely), we are contacting Elk Grove Subaru first. Just a Relaxed Day at the Elk Grove Subaru My husband and I decided to upgrade my little VW convertible…time to grow up. I set my eye on the Subaru Outback and started searching. Filled out an internet request with Elk Grove Subaru with all my upgrades and received an email within the hour. The quoted price was actually very close to a used one that I had tagged on the Carmax site. We called Pam Verduzco and the start of our smooth purchase began. From the moment we walked in for our 11:00 appointment, test drove a beauty and sat down with Pam we were impressed. The entire experience was top notch and we had no second guessing or worries about what the price was going to be. We received the best care and attention from Mark Carlson who got our paperwork wrapped up and we were driving home by 2:00pm! Both Pam and Mark made us feel important. I can't thank them enough for a great day and I LOVE MY SUBARU!!! This is the first time I have owned one and it won't be the last for sure. More

Subaru was our first stop of many we had planned, but they had a number of the other car makes and models we were looking into purchasing from others so we got to try them out there. After test driving the Forester all in the family agreed it was the best and though we were originally not looking to buy yet, we started the process. They, as a team, worked tirelessly to find a way to meet what we could afford so that we got to drive home our new 'family member' the next day. Even when we were unsure that we would get the car, the staff made this experience the best and most stress free time we've ever had car searching. Would we go back? Absolutely! And we are telling everyone where to go next to have a great experience. Thank you again to the incredible Subaru team!! More

Great Experience I went in "just to look", not having a solid idea what I wanted. I had looked at the WRX previously, but wanted the hatchback version (so it looks lik I went in "just to look", not having a solid idea what I wanted. I had looked at the WRX previously, but wanted the hatchback version (so it looks like I am going to have to wait a couple of years to get one), so was deciding between the smaller SUV's - the Forester and the XV Crosstek. I met Curtis a couple minutes after I got onto the lot, and he let me talk about the features I was looking for, and pointed out different models that I could take a look at. There was no pressure to get into any one model, and I got a new 2014 XV Crosstek in the end. For the price, and the features I wanted, the car was a perfect fit. David was very clear and up front about my pricing options, term length, and with showing me the dealer invoice - made it very clear how amazing of a deal I was getting. Going into the Finance office is always a trip of trepidation, but Brandon was really easy to work with - no pressure, just helpful in pointing out the different options that I could add on, but not pressuring me to do so. Overall, this was probably the easiest, hassle free car buying experience that I have had. Highly recommend this Subaru Dealership. Top quality employees, amazing service, and the no pressure atmosphere made this experience an actual pleasure. More
