"Not Good"

This is not the first time I have had an issue with this dealership after purchasing my vehicle. I bought my Silverado 6000 miles before my last visit to their service department. The vehicle I purchased was GM certified. I brought the vehicle in for my first free oil change, a brake squeak that I was hearing while applying the pedal, and a tapping noise from the engine. I noticed that when picking up my vehicle the oil change sticker stated the next service due will be at 11216 miles which I find odd because the vehicle has 52201 miles on it. They proceeded to tell me that the tapping noise from the engine is normal operation. This is not true as a friend of mine has a vehicle of the same year with a 5.3 liter engine, more mileage, and it does not tap. They also proceeded to tell me that I needed brake rotors in the front, and rear brake pads, and rotors in the rear due to condition of rotors, and low brake pads. They stated I would have to pay for these repairs. I want to re-iterate that I bought the vehicle 6000 miles ago, and the vehicle was GM pre-certified. There is no possible way the brake pads could have gone as low as they have in 6000 miles unless there is an issue with components in the brake system. Considering I have taken the vehicle back for A/C repairs, rust issues (Both of these were handled), and now brake issues I have lost my confidence in the GM pre-certified procedure. I have pictures of the incorrect oil change sticker, my current mileage when I picked up the vehicle, videos of the engine tapping, and also the brake noise.

I am a new owner of a 2012 c6 corvette, bought from a private party out of town. some warning lights started to show and I called elkins last Saturday, and brought the car in. I had never been in the dealership before. josh elkins scheduled the car for service Monday and josh and his team clearly went the extra mile to diagnose the problem, obtain parts in a timely manner, and make the repair promptly and professionally. Josh also made certain the repair was covered by my warranty company. the repair was completed as promised, and josh called me repeatedly to keep me up to date. I highly recommend josh and elkins. I was treated fairly and professionally. THANKS

"Worst experience ever!"

I had the most absolute worst experience with your service depaetment. I was extrememly disrespected, treated poorly, talked down to, I was also talked over the entire time. To me it felt like just because I was a female by myself without a man by my side they just wanted to get me out of the door and didnt want to have to deal with my car. I will never be back to your service department let alone purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I will never recommend your service department to anyone because of how Mr Josh Elkins treated me. I think its fair to say your service department needs to work on their customers service and their people skills.
