I don't know why other local VW dealerships say they can't take my car in for service till next week when Emich VW gets me in and changes my water pump that same day. The two amounts were drawn on the same check. I caught it immediately and called the dealership. The dealership and First Bank have a business affiliation. My money was fraudulently withdrawn 8 days ago, As a client of Emich, I would expect them to reimburse me for their error. Zero sense of urgency. The Fraud department was been notified. More
