I also brought my friend with me who they were super nice to as she was having a bad day. :) After the purchase was made, the checklist was not completed properly and they were willing to get the vehicle inspected and provide a new air filter. So, they're definitely strive to make things right. I like that they give you 7 days to decide on keeping a vehicle. More

Desperate salesman and rude finance guy I like the car I purchased but not sure if it was worth the torture I went through to get it. They both need to learn better customer service especially when the customer is actually purchasing a car from them. over the top I have been renting from Enterprise (N. National City location) for over 2 years, recently i rented a Jeep Renegade for 7 weeks (didnt want to let go) I have been renting from Enterprise (N. National City location) for over 2 years, recently i rented a Jeep Renegade for 7 weeks (didnt want to let go). knew it was my dream car. went online , found the exact one, it was thousands below blue book and dealerships. carfax etc. I was more than impressed. Ashley was fantastic, i didnt have my checkbook, and the bank would only approve so much, I had already turned in the rental, Instead of me having to go home (to National City) get checkbook than go back to El Cajon, I drove my new Jeep , Ashley followed me to my house so i could write a check.
