The communication in the service department is horrible. Every time I bring my truck in there is always an issue with the service department. I've taken my truck back 4 times and each time they take longer than they say. I'm the one that has to call to get updat with the service department. I've taken my truck back 4 times and each time they take longer than they say. I'm the one that has to call to get updates. First time it happen I was cool about it. The second time I specifically ask them tell me a real time table on when the recall will be done. This is the tailgate recall which was basically a few screws. They said I'll have it back by lunch. It took them 2 freaking days. Again I was the one calling them for updates. Third time it was for a steering issue. They said two days. It ended up taking 4 days. Once again I was the one calling. This final time I went was the straw that broke my back. I called to set up my recall regarding the relay and since I needed to get my oil change and fuel filters service. While on the phone with the service department I asked again how long it will take. They said oil and fuel filters will and the recall fix will be done by 1pm. I asked are you sure and told them about all the prior experience I had with them regarding having me lied to about the timetable. So he told me end of day. I was like ok. I also said are you sure. If it's gonna take longer then the day lmk so I can schedule my day. Since I own a construction company the truck is important n hauling material to different jobsite for my guys to complete work. He said i understand and it will be done end of day. I was like ok. I also got a quote for the service needed. They quoted me around 650 for the oil and 2 fuel filter. When I get there in the morning. They said they didn't even see my appointment in there books. Then they had the nerve to ask me if I called the right dealership. I told them yes. I know which dealer I bought my truck from. I felt like I was being accused of lying. So I showed them my phone with there phone number on it with a call log of about 10 mins. I asked him do you think I was just on the phone with your automated service for ten mins. Never mind that when they finally wrote me up for the recall and service the price jumped to almost 1000 dollars. That's when I had enough. Anyways long story short this dealership do not respect their customer time and money. I bought a car that cost me almost 90k from them and this is how they treat me. If I did this with my clients I'll be out of business quick. More
