I was fortunate to get a brand new 2026 Rav4 Hybrid Ltd, and it is gorgeous and easier to drive than my 2019 Covina, and it’s staff are very helpful. Envision again took the initiative to remedy a potential problem with the cooling system after I pointed out information discovered on a Tundra forum. They took care of the problem after verifying the infor problem with the cooling system after I pointed out information discovered on a Tundra forum. They took care of the problem after verifying the information. In fact, David (service Dept) had a lot do with getting the problem resolved and documented for Toyota. Can't say enough for the 'bend-over-backwards' effort they have shown me each time I bring in my Tundra in for service. More
