During the sales process I worked with Tyson initially and then Ronnie through delivery. There were a few unexpected hiccups, but communication and service from both of them were excellent. They were professional, responsive, and earned five stars. My lower rating is directed at management, not the sales team. Prior to vehicle delivery, I repeatedly asked for the window sticker and the out-the-door price and was led to believe the pricing and vehicle specs shared with me were final. At no point was I informed that an additional $1,495 Zurich Shield Elite Plus would be added after the vehicle landed. This was only disclosed once I was already in the financing process, which felt like a last-minute surprise. If I placed a reservation, I expected full transparency on any dealer-added products before coming in to pick up the car. I also did not receive clear confirmation at that moment that the product had actually been applied to my vehicle. After delivery, I attempted to follow up with the dealership to discuss this issue, but my calls and messages went unanswered. The lack of upfront disclosure combined with the lack of follow-up ultimately led to a disappointing experience. More
I went in to pick up my vehicle, one of the service guys took to the cashier to pay my service. Everything was going good until I arrive to pay my service. The representative who was there as a cashier was very rude. She look mad and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was very polite but even then she had a very serious face and didn't even smile or greet me. After I made my payment I asked her where do I pick up my car, she just pointed and said 'over there' with a very straight face. Everyone is always friendly and I feel like her attitude her face and the way she talked to me was very unprofessional. She should've smiling and helping out with directions. Like I said she was very rude with an attitude. If you're going to be interacting with customer at least make sure you smile and greet them. Do your job properly. Thank you. I don't like to complain about people but this young lady didn't have the right attitude at the moment. I really hope you guys can talk to her and tell her she needs to do her job better. More
