We have been waiting 4 months for a part to fix our broken rear door latch on our XT6 Cadillac. The door will not open at all. Because of a part issue by GM, it could be many more months before the par broken rear door latch on our XT6 Cadillac. The door will not open at all. Because of a part issue by GM, it could be many more months before the part is manufactured. Just terrible!! More

Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. Have problem with 8 sod trans shifting write up guy said tech couldn’t find problem. My warranty is up when I asked write up guy told me GM would ( probably) do something for me. My guess is I’ll be paying thru the nose because the problem didn’t attack the technician More
