The worst service imaginable. Not sure if it’s mere incompetence or they are just crooks. I live 2 hours away. I have been 4 times to have them work on the SAME FREAKING ISSUE Not sure if it’s mere incompetence or they are just crooks. I live 2 hours away. I have been 4 times to have them work on the SAME FREAKING ISSUE (coolant leak). They have charged me $2000 plus and have not fixed the issue. Will be going back for the 5 th time. One time I had to leave it overnight and get a hotel. More

I had service yesterday service lady very nice however that people are very lax about wearing masks which is disappointing considering cover 19 still not over talking about people coming in and out of bui that people are very lax about wearing masks which is disappointing considering cover 19 still not over talking about people coming in and out of building I don’t know if they work there if the customers point is nothing forced and that’s not good very unhappy about going there my wife Terry nervous the whole time did not feel safe,also bench outside needs to be replaced and people should not smoke in front of dealerships More

It was what I expected. Nice to have a clean, sunny waiting area while I waited for my service. It was good to know I could have a ride on their shuttle if I had to wait too long. Went to get my car fixed, was fixed correctly but the costumer service my one employee made it seem like I was a burden bringing in my car and giving them money.
