"Coolant service"

Had my Mustang in for anti freeze replacement as vehicle is will be on the road 6 years next month. Work was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Since I've been dealing here I am very happy with the care they take of my car and would recommend this service center to friends and family. In fact our daughter is dealing there now also. The people in the service center are very friendly and answer questions when needed.

Unfortunately I had to make another trip to the body shop....through no one’s fault but my own. As with my previous experience, I received only the best service from leaving my car for repairs to picking it up when finished. Hopefully there will be no more “accidents” in the near future that needs a return visit! They did a marvelous job - this time and the last time!

"Yearly inspection"

Had inspection, passenger air bag recall, lube oil filter, tire rotation and wash done. They were also to change anti freeze as I am going on 6 years. They said they were sorry and I rescheduled it for the next Wed. No big deal things happen. They did take $50. 00 my bill which was very nice. They also said they would come and get my car for the rescheduled appointment, but I said it was not necessary. I will still have my Mustang serviced at this location.

"Great service...terrible car wash!"

Service great; new center amazing, which is why I was super disappointed to see 2 scratches (if that is the correct term?) on the back of my car. I don't know if they were from the car wash or the actual service, but they are down to the metal. Now I don't know how to prove they weren't there before I took my car in on Saturday, which is I'm sure what will be expected of me. I just know it is very obvious they are there now. Perhaps the most disappointing part is not telling me about it. When they pulled my car out for me to take home, I never saw the back. I drove the car home Saturday, put it in the garage, and haven't driven it since. So I just noticed it today when I was literally coming into the garage and was able to see the back of my car. As I said, I have no way of proving they weren't there beforehand. Just wanted you to be aware of the situation.

Engine light came on; needed emissions part. Andy scheduled appt when convenient for me. Covered under warranty. Sometimes it is hard to get to the VW service counter when calling.
