They were willing , for a very small deposit, to hold the vehicle for me until i made up my mind. They reviewed all the options for payment and printed them out so I could study them at home and discuss them with my husband. Printed me out the carfax, so I could check with my ins. co. Ans. all my questions concerning the vehicle and, since I don't live in Batavia, the best route to take so I could get the car up to highway speed during the test drive. During all my dealings with Brian, over several days, he always had a smile on his face, or in his voice when we spoke on the phone. He has a ready sense of humor and I respond well to people who have a sense of humor. He called this am to tell me when the car would be ready for pick-up, so I didn't dive for 1/2 hr. to find it not ready.When we had finished the paper work he went over the whole vehicle with me : spare tire, lift gate, foot pedals, windows, lights, he programed the phone app to my phone, the climate settings for driver and passenger, the GPS system, etc. I couldn't have asked for better service. I am 68 yrs old and have bought a fair number of cars over the years. Brian and Falleti Motors have been, hands down, the best I have dealt with in all that time. This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I had my eye on the 2013 Ford Mustang, and was very eager to take a look at it. After I expressed my interest in purchasing the vehicle, Brain took care of everything to a degree that I could not imagine. He called and let me know progress every step of the way- what was left to be done, and what the next steps were for me to take home my new car. He knew how excited I was about having it and promised to have me driving away in it by the end of the day- and he delivered! This sale involved a trade-in, in which I had a few issues with other dealers on getting a fair value. This dealership fairly and competitively priced my trade in value, and informed me on all of the things that added to the value of the car. The Mustang is absolutely beautiful and the level of service provided was incredible. This is not a dealership just out for the sale. Brian helped me make informed decisions about pricing, insurance, and payments. At no point did I feel pressured, or like just another sale.
