Excellent customer service I bought a 2014 corolla. It was a stressful 3 day process (insurance reasons) but I finally left with my beautiful corolla. I dealt with Mark Faria who did our sale and made she we got the car that I wanted. We then dealt with Peter for the financial part. I have to say I called Peter probably a million times over the few days when I ran into an issue with insurance and/or just questions in general. Peter listened to me every time and gave me clear answers. When I went to pick the car up, they were all ready for me and made it very smooth. I am very happy with my car, and the service I got there! I will be back :) More

Brian Nascarella greeted us, actually listened to us, and then showed us several Tacomas that fit our needs and our budget. After we drove a Tacoma Access Cab that had caught our fancy, Brian provided the service history of the truck, explained the extended coverage and benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned program and professionally and politely asked if we had other concerns or questions. When we told Brian we wanted to think about it and consider other options, he did not try to tie us to a chair, hide our keys, or subject us to a parade of managers intent upon insisting we 'do the deal today.' I researched this particular model on-line, comparison shopped another make of truck, and became convinced that this Tacoma was the one I wanted. We returned to Falmouth Toyota the next day to negotiate a fair price for the truck...without drama, pain or suffering. The entire process was pleasant. Amy Killoran, our Finance Manager, handled the paperwork in a courteous, expedition manner. The truck was ready when it was promised, clean, with a full tank of gas. An hour after taking delivery, my cell phone rang. Matt Murphy, the General Manager of Falmouth Toyota, personally called to ensure that we were entirely satisfied with the truck and our buying experience. More importantly, Mr. Murphy thanked us for buying our vehicle from Falmouth Toyota. My wife and I have been buying vehicles for over 45 years. I did my research on the vehicle I wanted and they had the best pricing for the truck I wanted, the sales man Steve was no pressure, great to deal with, and the finance manager Pete was equally as nice, didn't try to push or over sell the extras like a typical dealership at the closing. I took delivery of the truck next day in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership on the upper cape for your Toyota experience. Not TRUE I went shoping for a new 2014 Highlander xle , Very few on the lots and no price breaks. I was getting ready to order one in my color and wait 8 weeks for delivery. Just on a whim i call toyota in Falmouth. "What a surprise, They had one in my color and quoted me a price almost 2K less than the quotes i had from Boston. Sales person (Ken) was excellent. If the toyota your looking for is on their lot, give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised. The customer here is the center of attension, not the dealership. Happy car shopping! I was pleased at the way Nick handled the transaction and follow through. There was no hard sell. Ray was helpful to both of us in locating a model and trim level I wanted. I had done a lot of background research on models and pricing and wasn't trying to get some super deal just a fair price. The final cost with extras was right on the Edmunds comparable price. At pick up, Nick had all the work done and the process was smooth, quick and without surprises. If the service department works as well as the sales department I will be a happy customer. More

Another Great Experience at Falmouth Toyota Went in after receiving an email and wanted to talk about car options and lowering my monthly payment. We test drove all three cars and although it was getting close to closing time, they stayed with us and helped us select the newly designed Corolla. John was very knowledgeable on the accessories of all the cars and I left feeling very happy and picked the car up a couple of days later.
