Take your business somewhere else! I was looking for a 4x4 truck instead of the 4x2 that I had. I contacted them on a 21 RAM with 48k miles at a price of 42,000. I had a 22 RAM with I was looking for a 4x4 truck instead of the 4x2 that I had. I contacted them on a 21 RAM with 48k miles at a price of 42,000. I had a 22 RAM with 11338 miles. Same model, almost, if not, exact same options. Same motor, mine is pearl white, theirs is blue. They offered me 36k for my truck! The salesman, Earnest, blamed his manager for the low ball offer and said he could "go back to his manager and see what he could do." Why am I talking to a sales guy that can't make a deal without talking to his manager? I don't need to pay a commission to have you run to your manager... bring him out so the real men can talk, and I'll pay his commission. I'm out of the deal and down the road. Then the manager Ronnie Beck emails me, telling me he's tried to call me. Huh.... no missed calls... no left messages. You tried very hard didn't you? He says he'd still like to work on this deal.... no thanks, I've been insulted and lied to enough. I know car dealerships have to make money to stay in business but it looks like this franchise is out to make at least ten grand on every deal. (My 22 retails for 45k to 48k at the time of this post) And one last thing, if you are looking at a vehicle here, check to see if this 1300 dollar DEALER ADDS got magically tacked into your deal. TYPICAL CAR DEALERSHIP HERE. STAY AWAY. More
