Smooth sailing I went in to look at a Toyota Tundra platinum that I've been eyeing for a few weeks. After walking into the lobby Franco asked if I needed help, so I I went in to look at a Toyota Tundra platinum that I've been eyeing for a few weeks. After walking into the lobby Franco asked if I needed help, so I let him know what I was interested in. After getting the keys, went out on a test drive and I was very impressed by the drive. Franco was friendly and willing to already discuss pricing since I already knew I wanted the Tundra. After the test drive and as we were discussing the financial services, Franco was very easy going with the entire process rather than being pushy which salesman seem to be categorized as at times. I felt no pressure even when I didn't think the price was going to work out. In the end everything worked out and I am thrilled with my purchase. Franco made that possible and I believe others would appreciate his approach. More

Then after the sale, I was having my preowned vehicle detailed and because storms were coming in, Gerrick placed it under a shelter. I say that is going the extra mile to provide great service.
