I then explained my situation, and made an appointment for the following day. When I showed up for my appointment, I was kindly greeted by Joe who took over from there. He was beyond amazing!! I can't thank you all enough for helping me get into my new car lease. It was such a smooth transition!! Joe was professional, yet friendly at the same time. He went above and beyond. I appreciated her honest answers when asking about different models and trims. She gave me clear instructions before I test drove several cars. Purchasing my car was a positive experience from beginning to end, and Steve Kern was easy to work with in the finance department when signing the paper work. Cindy had told me to feel free to contact her any time with questions, and a few days after purchasing my CR-V, I needed help with technical things, and she talked me through it on the phone. Evans was transparent with the OTD pricing and it was the lowest among the dealerships I contacted thru emails from NJ and PA regions.
