Patrick was exceptional to work with . My girlfriend and I were in the market for a newer vehicle and this was our first time venturing out to make our UE own purchase - my previous vehicle was purchased fr I were in the market for a newer vehicle and this was our first time venturing out to make our UE own purchase - my previous vehicle was purchased from a family friend and hers was gifted from her family after it was owned for a few years . While we had a basic idea of what we wanted we were given plenty of time to test drive the HR-V and CR-V . Patrick was exceptionally knowledgeable about every feature between the vehicles and answered our numerous questions regarding wether we should lease or get a pre owned vehicle . Through much discussion with Patrick and my girlfriend we decided leasing a vehicle was better off for us in our situation . I had never driven in a car with less than 50,000 miles so me leaving the lot that day with a car that had 20 miles on it is a feeling I cannot properly articulate . Patrick was fantastic to work with and I look forward to bringing my lease back and continuing to lease with him in another Honda 3 years from now . The business manager whom I dealt with in the final paperwork was fantastic as well and we enjoyed a lot of casual conversation although I do forget his name and with the masks it’s hard to recognize the pictures of the team below . MITCH LESAK: 11/16/2020: New 2021 Honda Pilot Touring purchased in less than 24 hours. Again, we had to go to Mitch Lesak, in and out of the dealership in 1 hour for trade valuation, price agreement.
