The first person I saw was Manny. I told him specifically not to fix passenger seat. My appointment was at 11am and I told him I would come back another time to get it fixed. I just wanted maintenance work done. He absolutely did not listen to me because I was there for hours and they fixed it and made my time there much longer. On top of that he came and told me they were almost finished with my vehicle at 12:15 and that was far from true. At 1:00pm I went to his cubicle to ask what was going on since I just saw them pull my vehicle into a bay to do oil change. I spoke with service manager and he just saying he was sorry. I told him that it was all unacceptable since I had an appointment at 11 AM and it was now almost 1:30. Next time I come in for maintenance service I expect to get a loaner vehicle so I am not stuck there for hours waiting.
