Lack of communication was one of the biggest problems. I understand how busy the service center is but I did not have my truck for over 10 days. I dropped it off early hoping to get it seen early but knew I understand how busy the service center is but I did not have my truck for over 10 days. I dropped it off early hoping to get it seen early but knew at least it would be seen on the day of my appointment. Then come to find out it wouldn't even be seen until the next day where the main mechanic was not even there to look at it. Whoever is the main on answering phones in the service department is rude too and seemed annoyed when I would ask about my truck even though it should have been seen on the day of the appointment anyway. I did like Steve though once he took over there was better communication for the most part. I also just had to replace two of my tire pressure sensors after i had just changed the rear one a month ago they were both working fine before I had to take my truck in for the previous service. I think all the resetting the sensors may have caused issues and caused the replacement to be needed. More
Our car was there for 1 month and still no part. Part paid for. Still not in. Absolutely ridiculous. Part paid for. Still not in. Absolutely ridiculous. More
Stan Pieri and Todd Ullestad were fair and transparant. Negotiating the vehicle price was professional. Worksheet was presented and i was satisfied with out the door price and the interest rate promised Negotiating the vehicle price was professional. Worksheet was presented and i was satisfied with out the door price and the interest rate promised. Finance manager found the rate I wanted. (appreciated that) The proposed payment on the worksheet was ignored by me at this point. I Told everyone that I was not shopping payment! I was shopping OTD Price and interest rate of the loan. As it turns out, the "proposed payment" on the worksheet was inaccurate and inflated. That inflated figure allowed finance closer to pack $5000 into the deal and tell me it was only costing me $20 dollars a month (1200 dollars) WRONG and a LIE. I specifically asked (more than once) how i was getting 5000 dollars of maintenance contracts for 1200 dollars. There was no clear answer, he just kept pointing to the worksheet and the payment i "agreed to" . A very Shady practice! A review of the contracts and loan paperwork clearly showed that the difference in payment was $100 a month, not $20. Advice to all, don't trust the worksheet for your payment, run the numbers yourself in a payment calculator to avoid an inflated figure to be used against you later. And when considering additional contracts, check the micro print next to where you initial. The law requires disclosure of "payment without contracts" and "payment with contracts" It's there, but the finance guy is not going to point them out, you need to find it yourself. More

I bought my Diesel Colorado from Fermon, cost over 50,000 back in 2017, and always had a good experience. This time I had an engine problem where the pump feeding the DEF section had failed. Ferman had to or back in 2017, and always had a good experience. This time I had an engine problem where the pump feeding the DEF section had failed. Ferman had to order the pump and take the truck, wait time about two weeks. I asked for a vehicle to help me go to work etc, told no vehicle available ever since covid. Another Ferman dealership, BMW, always had a vehicle for my wife if the service was for a period of time; same with Hyundai with her electric car. Ferman was able to get the part short of a week, the part plus labor was $2000, which was expected, and I am not complaining about. I went to pick up the truck and expected at least a courtesy wash, but nothing. Not a good experience and probably won't go back. More
