My oil change every 3000 miles no problem as usual, my AC fan was not operating, changed out on extended warranty for the deductible. Great work again by the service department at Ferman New Port Richey. I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler and my wife has a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, both purchased new at Ferman. There is never an issue at our dealership, a great staff and a pleasure to interface with them. Thanks Mike!
This dealership is horrible. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and fruitless when it comes to dealing with them. I purchased a Jeep Compass that frequently doesn't start and randomly drains my battery, leaving me stranded at times. I have had the vehicle towed into Ferman multiple times with no answers. I escalated my frustrations to corporate and received a case manager. Case manager spoke with the service director Mike Hughs and he stated that the car is in perfect working order and nothing is wrong with it. Completely ridiculous and a service manager, of all people, should know better. I am to the point that I'd rather trade this car in than really figure out what is wrong with it. Horrible dealership and horrible service department. I have told everyone I know to stay away from Ferman
Inside door handle broke, took the car in for repair and I was informed that I needed a door panel and the bad news was that they were no longer available
Jamie (Service rep) came to my rescue with a work around that avoided the need of a new panel!!!
I no longer have to do a yoga position to get the door opened from the inside.
My jeep was a guinea pig for these guys and it took them a few times to get it right, but they did it! My suspension is holding up. Mike truly appreciated my patience and i thank him for that. I was given a rental car for the time it took and truly appreciated

Scheduling an appt. is fairly easy. They follow up to confirm your appt. several ways - email & phone. Everyone is very pleasant and courteous. They detail your service and approx. costs depending on the service requested. Your vehicle is returned when completed usually in the estimated time frame and is as clean as you brought it in. They inform you if there was any issues or additional maintenance items that you should take under consideration for your next service. Overall a good customer experience.
