There was some minor damage on the rear of our new Escape. Ferman scheduled a time for our schedule and gave us a loaner. We had the car back in a couple of days looking like the new car it was. Joe Saporito and the rest of the crew were great.

I've had my car serviced many times at Ferman and each time felt blessed at the efficiency. Jeff Vuncannon is most helpful and efficient and always very personable and pleasant no matter how busy he is. He walked me to your very lovely, comfortable lounge and when the car servicing was complete Jeff came to the lounge and walked me to my car. Couldn't ask for better care.

Fast service all needed work fully explained & cost reflected will use service center in future very nice lounge to wait in with coffee & soda large TV only complaint didn't care for channel it was on otherwise a pleasant visit. 😎🚘🔧🔩📺?

"It's under warranty"
