*Edited after GM Mark Paddack intervened* I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Ferrari Roma from Ferrari San Francisco. Mark ensured the car title was expedited from Ferrari Financial to the Dealer, and then to a pre-owned 2022 Ferrari Roma from Ferrari San Francisco. Mark ensured the car title was expedited from Ferrari Financial to the Dealer, and then to me. Mark pulled all service invoices and shared them with me for clarity and peace of mind. Mark also offered to help towards an extended warranty package as a gesture of good will. Overall, I'm impressed by Mark's strong leadership and will return as a customer in the future. More
