Since I was unable to open the fuel door, it was a Saturday and my car was low on fuel, I stopped by the service Dept. without an appointment and spoke to James McNally the service mgr. Beware of the risks in having your vehicle serviced by Fette Infiniti. It was my experience that they are dishonest about repairs needed and will charge obscene prices for parts and labor. When I sought Fette Infiniti. It was my experience that they are dishonest about repairs needed and will charge obscene prices for parts and labor. When I sought recourse from Infiniti North America, they basically advised me that their dealers are independent and could charge whatever they want for repair items. Word to the wise, highway robbery is what you should expect on Route 46 from Fette Infiniti. More

Sam Ortiz has always greeted me with a smile and friendly disposition all the times I have taken my car in for service. She’s knowledgeable, honest, always helpful and Fette Infinity is lucky to have her on disposition all the times I have taken my car in for service. James provided me with service once, and he pointed out a damaged tire (if not for him I may have suffered a blowout) He gave me my options, was very helpful, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable person as well. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealer, especially if you plan to purchase used. Their CPOprog means nothing once you have purchased it - it’s USED and as a result your vehicle will not ge especially if you plan to purchase used. Their CPOprog means nothing once you have purchased it - it’s USED and as a result your vehicle will not get quality service. Read other reviews below, I can relate to all of them and concur with the sentiments. You aren’t permitted to escalate any further than the executive sales/service manager bc Mr Fette doesn’t get involved in “these” issues. More
