I don't often do online reviews but I wanted to give a quick account of my experience with the folks at Fiat of Morristown. I went in to buy a used yellow Jeep Wrangler from them, and trade in a Ford E a quick account of my experience with the folks at Fiat of Morristown. I went in to buy a used yellow Jeep Wrangler from them, and trade in a Ford Escape I owned. The negotiation was fun with Mark and Mike both being very reasonable . Now to the story -- the used Jeep I bought had a mechanical issue and I broke down on my way to work with it the day after I picked it up. Instead of having to beg for help, the folks at Fiat of Morristown sent out a tow to pick up the Jeep and kept it for about a week to ensure the issues were fixed. This wasn't a simple fix, as the cylinder head of the engine needed to be rebuilt (common on this year Jeep). This is an expensive, time consuming project - and Fiat took the time and care to do it right. They for sure spent a lot of money, and man-hours getting this fix completed and kept me informed throughout the entire process (Andy in the garage/repair department is a really nice guy). So thank you Fiat of Morris County for selling me a used car, and standing behind it like so many other dealerships wont do! Ryan More

I had a similar experience to td87 except my sales guy was Mark. He never pressured me and allowed me to take my time. I was originally looking at only 2012 models since I was trying to save money. I went back several days later to see what they had for 2013. Mark took me to see several cars and I fell in love with the blue/green pop with ivory ambient interior detailing. He was very attentive and really listened to what I wanted. He even saved me money on my monthly payments by working the numbers and looking at other financing options. And did I mention that I absolutely love my Fiat! More

Mark was very professional and friendly. He offered me different options that would meet my needs.
